Finishing The Year Strong
As we face the last quarter of 2021, many of us are considering how we want to end the year? We have written our thoughts, goals, and dreams over the past 10 months. Now we are counting the weeks and wondering how much more we can accomplish in the next several weeks.
Below are a few tips on how to take action towards your goals as we end the year. We are also excited to offer a few opportunities to address some upcoming goals
1.) Choose Your Top Goals. You may have a lot of things on your plate, but get specific and clear on the goals that you must accomplish by December 31. Studies show picking 2-3 goals to focus on, helps to create clarity.
2.) Find Accountability Partners (or a Coach). Having accountability is often the best way to move forward with our goals. Engaging with a coach to help get you over the finish line can be life-changing. Never underestimate the power of accountability.
3.) Get Laser-Focused. As you review your normal activity and weekly agenda, what can you put to the side over the next few weeks? Now is the time to get focused and remove distractions.
4.) Create an Action Plan. It is one thing to have your goals in your head, and quite another to turn them into an action plan. Pull out your calendar. How are your goals reflected on your daily calendar? Make a plan.
