ACC Mastermind Training (April 15 -16 2023)
The Academy of Creative Coaching is offering Mastermind Facilitation training. The Mastermind technique is a type of group work with the purpose of helping attendees achieve specific goals and objectives as well as overcome challenges that they face in all facets of life. The Academy offers the training to develop Certified Mastermind Facilitators to help promote and expedite those areas of growth for trainees looking to accomplish specific goals.
Learning objectives:
- Principles in facilitation
- How facilitation style is both art and science
- Learning to trust the room
- Learning to pushback (with love)
- Engaging experts
- Integrating and applying the mastermind technique at work
- How to develop and price a mastermind event
The training will be for 2 days, April 14 – April 15, 2023. Also, the cohort will have 5 hours of post-work participating in Mastermind sessions.
