New Professor Appointed to Center for Leadership and Organizations

Dr. Pamela Larde will become an associate professor of leadership in the Anderson University Center for Leadership and Organizations starting in July 2021.

In addition to being a professor of leadership, Dr. Larde is also an award-winning author. She has served as director of education at the Institute of Coaching at McLean/Harvard Medical School and is the founder of the Academy of Creative Coaching and Tandem Light Press. She also served as associate professor and assistant professor of research and higher education at Mercer University.

Small, professor of leadership and director of the Anderson University Center for Leadership and Organizations. “Her depth of experience as a professor, coach and consultant are a perfect fit for the work.
