Dr. Tim Gott, PCC
With over 37 years of experience as an educator, coach, and leader in diverse roles and settings, Tim brings an insight and expertise on how to encourage and support others in reaching their goals and living out their purpose. He has served as a teacher, counselor,
principal, director, coach, and state consultant over his career.
His work has been across elementary, middle, and high school as well as adjunct teaching at the collegiate level. This past year he developed and led an educational leadership development program serving experienced and emerging school administrators. He has a BA in Mathematics, a MA in School Counseling, and ED. D in Educational Leadership, all from Western Kentucky University.
He has been certified as a secondary education teacher, school counselor, K-12 Principal, and Superintendent. He is a PCC certified life coach with the International Coach Federation. He has been married to Ellen for 35 years and they have three adult children.
